New user gets the mail to reset password, resets, and then can’t save personal data

I’m taken to the ‘manage your personal account’ page, try to enter the info, but save doesn’t work.  I’m left hanging on that page and can’t navigate on.

Thx for response.  Problem was pilot error.  I was the pilot.  Thx again.

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know on what product the user is facing this issue? What type of personal data they are not able to save? Are they the only user facing this issue?

Please, let us know more details about the issue, so we can try to reproduce on a test instance in order to find a solution.
