We are planning to install JETI on our new hosted JIRA instnace. In our trial version of JETI we are having this issue. When a non-JIRA user browses an issue without logging in she cannot see the JETI button which is supposed to be on top right.
You're out off luck. There is a condition tied to that web-item.
