Not displaying the Resolution Type in the Customer Portal

Currently when an issue has been closed the resolution type shows in the customer portal.

E.g. "Your request status changed to Closed with resolution Fixed."

Is there a way to display a message advising the customer that their case and  been closed and resolved with no resolution type?

Hello @Aaron Brian,

I'm afraid you can't, see the related feature request: As a Service Desk Administrator I want to be able to disable the displaying of issue resolutions from customers. You can vote for it to show interest and watch it to be updated.

You can hide resolution in email notifications sent to customers though: Project settings > Customer notifications > Request resolved and remove the "${issue.resolution}" part.
