Hi,
I freqvently change the "reporter" when getting tickets from a form using a uniform e-mail adress - this was never a problem until the upgrade of Jira interface a couple of weeks ago. Now its only possible to change reporter to one of the servcie desk team member - Even if I add the e-mail adress to the project as service desk customer its not possible to select them as reporter.
Is this not possible anymore or is it a setting that has been changed in the upgrade?

Changing the reporter requires you to have Modify Reporter permission. This is usually limited to project administrators. If you are a Jira admin, you can change the permission scheme. Check if the current permission scheme is being shared with some other projects.
