We have a Jira ServiceDesk user that recently returned to the organization and had their profile re-activated. Since then, they have not been able to receive email notifications from Jira.
Thus far, we have tried:
Reviewing all notification settings in the profile
Using notification helper which indicates the user should receive notifications
Reviewed all global and project notification schemes and validated other users are receiving email notifications

Checking Mara’s email address on our tools, it didn’t return any blocks.
Further checking, I saw that you created a ticket with our support regarding this and they have already removed the blocks.
On our logs, it shows that the notifications are being delivered. Here are some of the notifications that were delivered today:
