I've seen a 100+ postings on Notification Batching, but I can't find any settings in my cloud installation that has "System > Mail > Batching email notifications." Our users complain because they get barraged with multiple emails when a new ticket is assigned. Am I missing the setting to turn it on? Is it an available or configurable feature?

If you are looking for alternatives, our app Notification Assistant for Jira allows you to fully customize templates and notification rules.
It also provides option for enabling or disabling batched notifications.

Based on posts I have seen (such as this one) the batching of Notifications for Jira Software is on by default, not a configurable option.
