Hello to everyone :)
We have one basic Customer pointing Service desk project that all of ours clients can create issues. Now we are planning to add another Customer Service desk project that serve only to approved Corporate clients to submit issues to us. The problem is when the approved corporate customer is logged into the system, he can see both Service desk projects. How can we hide the basic customer service desk project?
After basic research we saw, this is a basic functionality for Cloud, but for on-premise it isn't! ? Any idea how deal with the problem !?

Hi @Victor Mutambuki- sounds like you need to do similar for "Basic Service Desk" - remove the "browse" permission for your Corporate customers from the Basic Service Desk project.

Evgeni,

In your new service desk project, only give access to your corporate customers by giving them browse project permission in your project.

Viktor,
Yes, we did that. The problem is when a corporate customer log on, he can see the Basic Service Desk Project and Corporate Service Desk Project. We want our corporate customer to see only the Corporate Service Desk Project.
