Only newest added users want to mention in comment

Hi There,

I want to have an automation that will mention users in the comments comparing existing field values.
Everyone indicated in the Approvers field mentioned in the comments when the ticket transitioned from any status to the Waiting for Approval status.
Sometimes users forget to add someone in the Approvers field before transitioning the ticket. I want to make automation that will add only the user who added after the Waiting for Approval status transition.

Sounds to me like this is the same functionality of the issue watchers feature. The watching users are supposed to received an email with whatever update the ticket had, from status update to new comments. 

Have you tried checking if the approvers are watching the ticket in question?
