We updated Jira Software to the latest version (7.9.0) and occurred the problem of not being able to view PDF files attached to a ticket just by clicking on it (preview), but we were able to download it. Generating the below error.
The behavior apparently only occurs with PDF files larger than 500KB, the other file formats are not affected.
Could you please help solve this problem?

We also find that "smaller" PDF files work fine, but beyond a certain size they begin exhibiting this behavior.

And have any workarounds that is not to download file?

We don't know of any; we recommend to our users to download files when they don't preview. :/
