I want to add a rule to a field on our Service Desk customer form so that when the make a selection a new field will appear.

For example, Impacted Sites field has these choices: Member, Employer, Provider, Broker.

If the customer selects Member, I'd like an additional field to display, Impacted Pages: Homepage, Claims, Benefits, Wellness.

If the customer selects an item other than Member from the Impacted Sites field, then the Impacted Pages field would NOT display.

Thanks for the help!

Matthew it sounds like you're looking for conditional field configuration that behaves; "when user selects something, I'd like a particular set of options to show, but if user selects something else, I'd like a different set of options to show. I'll defer to the experts but safe to say that does not exist on JSD Cloud. There are likely 3rd party options you could explore for payment that might support this, but out of box Atlassian does not support this tooling for cloud customers.

While JSD Cloud automation has some neat functionality, conditional field display is not an offering. If you're asking about something other than conditional fields please specify.

Hi Matthew - We use a marketplace app called ProForma Forms to do exactly that. Works wonderful, and I highly recommend it. That's the only way I know to do it.
