Possible to set that certain group only sees issues set up within the group?

Is it possible to set up that a specific group sees only their issues?

Hi @Adéla Václavská,

 

you can create a security level and insert only the respective group. After creating a ticket and choosing the respective security level, only the inserted group can see the issues. If you set the security levels for all the other groups/users wihout the respective group, they eventually only see the issues of their own security level.

Many thanks @Dennis S_, but this require a licence for all the group members. We wanted to manage this for portal users. To better understand we need this for head of departments to see only his/her departments´ issues. We were thinking about putting a required watcher (as a supervisor) for every issue - but that doesn´t show the issues for the watcher unless hes got the service desk licence.

I guess there is no such a way to this with only portal access.
