I got issue in my Jira Service Desk project.
Problem is with Approvers field, when I try to add this filed for new issue, if hangs forever. Adding other fields works fine.
When it hangs there is no any error in /opt/atlassian/jira/logs/ files.

Thanks for bringing this up and just to make sure I am understanding the process you're looking at the "Configure Screen" page used by a screen in the service desk project and you're just adding the Approvers field like the screenshot below, and during this event the Page is hanging:
Is this the correct reproduction process? If not let me know what page you're looking at.
I do know that there are some performance impacts that can occur with a lot of fields being in the instance as a whole but this usually surfaces on all field based opperations not just a specific field. Additional details on the performance impact from too many fields can be seen here:
Looking at this it is a bit odd that its hanging on approvers specifically, and since there is nothing happening in the logging I'm wondering if there might be more details or errors occuring on the page javascript console while your adding the field. can you check this out and let me know if there is anything odd occuring in the console output, and the Network tab while adding the field, exe the following is a test i just ran and i have the field being added highlighted noting it took approximately 11ms to complete:
