Greetings:
I have a service project in Jira 8.1 and Service Desk 4.1 , but I can't see the SLA menu, edit the Request Type (as describe in the manual , also the screen is diferent) and others option from the project management sidebar like the documentation says;
1.- This is the documentation picture
2.- This is my project.
Before this I used Jira 7.2 and Service Desk 3.2 and never had this problem. Also I have all the permissions as admin.
I hope to be clear.
Thanks.
Hi , anyone have the same issue. The only thing that's try it's reinstall everything
It is most likely a permission issue. Make sure you have a license for Jira Service Desk associated with your account. You may also need to add yourself as an agent on that project to get all of the service desk functionality.
