Request completed -Query user-defined fields with DropDown (Select List) or checkboxes remains empty

Hello everyone,

I have custom fields in a form (in an enquiry type) that consist of a dropdown (Select List) or checklist. However, when I query the fields, they remain empty. I would like to read out the customer's selected options and then send them to other people by email with the SmartValue function.

Perhaps someone here can help me.

How are you planning to trigger the email via Email action in Automation ?

As per my understanding to use Form fields in automation, the Form field needs to be linked to a Jira field.

It might be worth a try to check the Forms API, 

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/forms/rest/intro/#about

using the 'Send Web Request' module in automation.
