1 to Many Custom Field

Does anyone know of a custom field add-on that supports a 1 to many relationship? I'll try to explain further...

A single "mileage expense" report may have 1 or more entries of where they went and why and how many miles.

Joe Employee

From: Point A, To: Point B, Miles: 5
From: Point B, To: Point A, Miles: 5
--------------------------------------
Total Miles: 10

If not a 1 to many custom field, would anyone have a thought as how to accomplish this?

Thanks!

Jira does not have fields like this natively.

The table grid editor app is the closest thing I have seen.

I thought at first Performa, but it limits external service desk to 1 form but multiple internally. So, it tripped at the finish line. The Table Grid add-on is exactly what I am looking for. It works on the external service desk and allows importing of data from a source. Perfect. Thank you.
