Browse all ..means you want to see all the request types on customer portal?

@Yogesh Mude Hi! I mean, we wants to see all service desks on main page customer portal. Without popularity, recent, 'browse all, etc. Look like as old style.

Nope, we can't customize it.

if you have multiple service desks then it will show you in that style only.:)
