Hi ! My user is shown as active inside JIRA users (Jira users are sinc with the AD). But, when I select an specific permision to add my user as SINGLE USER (building a new permission scheme) , I can select it but when I confirm, it appears in the permission scheme as FORMER USER (And my name doesn't appear. It shows former user).
Someone has an idea what the problem could be ?
Thamks
Hi Monica - If I understand right, you are trying to add a permission scheme that gives permissions to a specific user, but that user (is it you?) is showing up some places as a former user.
Couple of notes:
Hi John !!! Thanks a lot for your answer !!!
Regarding Permission Schemes it's true that it is completely role-based, but I want to give me temporal permission to delete issues during the post implementation period. Only in that case, I want to include a temporal single user permission to delete issues.
Regarding my user problem, it's right that for a little time I had 2 users (due to an upload from another instance where my user had a different ID. At that moment my user was created as noreply@company.com). But I deleted that user as soon as I discovered it. But...., perhaps some point was resolved incorrectely because after that event my user keeps with this problem. At this moment ther is only one usr (The AD one, because I deleted the wrong internal one).
Do you have something else to do ?
Again I appreciate a lot your comments !
thanks

Ah, ok. If you have had two user IDs at any point. that's got to be the problem. This sort of thing is best resolved via an Atlassian support ticket. They can walk you through specific things to check and get you to provide the exact data.
