Add custom field "Health" with colored dots red/yellow/green

Is it possible to create a custom field (apps/plug-ins okay) that will display color instead of text?  Similar to the way priorities are displayed but we want one for health.  These would show up in our project plans and be easy to spot laggards etc.

Hi @Pete P - You could create a custom select field with emojis as the options:

Accessibility guidelines recommend not using color alone to convey information. Add a shape to the icons perhaps?
