Add fields / information to the customer portal

Hello,

Once a customer has created an issue, they get the page shown below (sorry it is in Danish). We would like to add some fields to this e.x. "Assigned To" (so the customer can see, which IT-supporter is working on the issue). 

Can we do this and how?

Hey @Cecilie Emilie Flindt Robert 

OOTB it's not possible to display assignee or other custom fields. Whatever is now shown on the page like summary, description and few other fields that were present on create issue form are shown in details section that's it.

But there are plugins in marketplace which can be used to show fields on the portal. Here is one which i had used in my previous project to configure, "Extension for JSM" plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212161/extension-for-jira-service-management?hosting=server&tab=overview

Thank you for your answer. I will explorer the plugins in marketplace, and see if I can find something that helps.
