I have created a kanban board from service desk

I can see some of the issues but not all of them.

I am missing all the "DONE", "IN-PROGRESS" and "NEW" issues but I can see the "WAITING FOR SUPPORT", "RESOLVED", DECLINE" issues

it seems that it has something to do with workflow items but I do not know what to do

help please

Hi @nimi gorali,

There are several possible reasons for this problem

1. Kanban filter setting

2. Set the problem state and column matching relationship

you can refer to:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/configuring-swimlanes-938845294.html

Hope this helps.

Managed to solve it by moving one of the issue types in the service desk workflow into the generic Jira workflow

then I have recreated the Kanban board and that sorted out all the missing types

now I can see them all

thanks @Ollie Guanfor your help
