Adding Multilevel dependency filed to Jira edit screen

Hi Team,

We are trying to configure the multilevel(3 ) dependency fields in Jira edit screen.

Our scenario is,

I have a filed name: Country for that, we have 2 values(Country A, Country B),

If I select Country A: The Country Code(which is again a Jira custom filed) has to display

If I select Country B: The States(the state is a custom field in jira) has to display.

We are having Extension for Jira Service Desk and Dynamic forms for Jira

You can do this using a single custom field of type "Select List (Cascading)"
