Administration mode for JIRA and Confluence times out very fast

Hello,

i installed JIRA (Software(7.9.1) & Service Desk (3.12.1)) and Confluence (6.8.2) on a Testenvironment (virtual machine)

Before i did the same on my local machine and everything was fine.

Now since i installed in on the VM with the described versions, the administration mode seems to time out very fast. I have to type in the password nearly all the time. Sometimes the ongoing requests fail due to reauthentication. The issue is also with confluence (own installation on same machine) and jira.

Update: 

The same issue occurs with the normal users, they have to login also several times.

One guess of me is, that its a issue about the localhost binding and the url which referes to the computer name instead the IP?

i even thought about it, but its not my preferred solution .. hoping to get something better :-)
