I have two employees who I need to give permissions to add and remove customers from organizations on a Service Management Project.
They both have been given Administrator and Service Desk Team roles on the Service Management Project, but still do not have the ability to "Add customer" to an organization and also do not have the Trash Bin icon to remove customers from an organization.
What am I missing here?
@Hayden Moser Can you double check permissions by following this guide https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-customer-to-an-organization/ this is for company managed projects.
I just read through that guide and the problem is that we want to limit who can add/remove customers from organizations. So the following setting is set to "No.."
When I go to the Jira Service Management Project > Project Settings (on left-hand side) > People > And Find these 2 employees, both have the following "roles":
Are these roles not sufficient in terms of permissions?

@Hayden Moser you have selected that Only Jira Administrators can manage organization. What you are sharing is Jira Project Administrator setting. So the roles you are showing will not be sufficient since those are project based and are not global administrator roles.

Okay I understand that I need to change the selection for "Can agents manage organization" to "Yes, agents can add and remove organizations from projects...."
However, we need to ensure that all agents added to this project do NOT have access to add or remove customers. Can you please tell me what is the setting under Project Roles that I need to enable/disable, to restrict this feature per role? And how do I find this setting?
