If any one have related logs in Jira , please share.

If i was unable to comment the issues in Jira which log file we have to check.

Hi Keerthika,

The logs in Jira are not very robust and will not record everything that is happening. In fact, it records very little. 

If you are not able to comment on an issue, are you getting an error message? If so, what does that say?
