AutoClose using script runner

Hi All,

My JIRA version is  6.2.5 and installed the script runner version 3.0.16.

Update the version to v. 3.0.16 successfully, after that created just dummy log to check whether the issue is closed automatically.

Set the condition as below & executed the service. But it just returns like below,

Number of issues returned by query: 1 

But the log is not getting closed automatically. I believe the action is not working.

Could you please share your thought on this.

Check to see if systemuser has permissions to Resolve Issue and is not blocked by any workflow conditions or validations in the respective.

If that specific transition is not a loop back into the same status, consider running the Integrity Checker to fix a 'broken' status. I have occasionally seen this fix similar issues.

After giving full privilege to system user , i m getting below,, the log is not closed still

What could be the issue. Is the issue comes from transition configuration flow.
