Automatic automation email after all Apic and issue type DONE

Hi community !! 

i need your help :) 

I want to build an automation on jira project in order to send an email notification as soon as all issue type are done. So, when the projet is finished.

I can 't based this automation on the status transition. So, i'm searching for a work around solution. 

Have you an idea ? 

How i can check at a time that all issues are "done" on a project (or groups of project) ?

What problem are you trying to solve with such a rule? 

I am puzzled by the idea of an automation rule sending this type of notification.  Let's assume a team is actively using a Jira project to manage / organize delivery of some value to stakeholders.  It seems likely the team would notify others when completing the effort.

Regardless...Such a rule could use a scheduled trigger, and lookup issues with JQL to compare the number of issues "done" and "not done" to decide to send the message.
