Automation: Link confluence Space into new connected issues

Hello all, 

I want to create a Jira automation; I have a linked Confluence page on the epic and I want it to be copied by automation into new connected user stories and subtasks.

I don't think that there is currently support for either accessing the Remote Links (containing linked Confluence pages) as smart values, nor actions to simple create the link between an issue and an existing Confluence page (unless you are using the automation action to actual create the page during the rule execution).

I believe this change request relates to your scenario:

It might be possible to use the Send Web Request action to get the Remote Links information and then create the new link via the Jira REST API. I have not researched the API to confirm that.

One more question: Do you think that it could also work with confluence automation?
