Hi together,
need some help to understand my Automation-Rule problem.
We created an Automation-Rule for the event "create issue". The Rule is running many times a day without problems.
Two days ago Automation-Rule stuck in status "progress" for one execution. (screenshot)
We shut down the system and restarted it, assuming that this would clean up the automation rule. Unfortunately this did not work. Can anyone help me how I can kill the open execution?
Are you facing this issue or is it something else ?
Regards
thanks for your answer.
I face a different issue. The Automation-Rule is running, but for only one execution it stucked in status "in Progess". This was 2-3 days ago.
After identifying it, we decided to shut down the system and restarted it. We assumed that this would correct the error. But this one execution still stucks in status "in Progress".
My fear is that this could become a problem as it could take a connection in the DB pool due to the infinite loop
Best Regards Dominik

Hi
I'm not sure a rule In Progress is running, you can export thread dump and have a look to see if there is any thread blocked (automation-rule-executor:thread-).
