Hi all,
I've set up an automation that adds a certain symbol to the ticket summary if the ticket's due date is in 2 days or overdue.
I need this automation to run everyday, so new tickets get affected, but I also don't want already affected tickets to have one more symbol added.
So far, unfortunately, the tickets that have been already marked, are still getting marked and I cannot figure out why and how to fix this.
I'd appreciate some help!
Thank you!

Hi @Anita Sudan
Sorry, it is the other way around.
Try unchecking that and see if it works. Basically, checking this option is returning the same set of issues that were updated earlier. So, it should be unchecked.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Vamsi
