Hello,

To be able to set automatically the Tempo Account in which the logged hours should go, we already have that information in a nfeed field that is set automatically.

I wish to copy the information of this nfeed field into the tempo account field. Or automatically relate them.

Is it possible? I tried other add-on but they did not work, reaching the nfeed fields sometimes returns tags, and tempo accounts is not supported by all add-ons.

Regards

Hello,

My name is Wael and I am a support member for Elements Software.

I am replying to your post in order to let you know the following:

  • Post Functions granted by Element Connect application (Formerly known as nFeed) supports the copying function from Elements Connect to a JIRA Field.

Unfortunately, copying to Account field isn’t supported yet and will be provided in future version and we will make sure that your request be submitted to our development team in order to make this function available.

You can find more detailed information in our documentation:

  • You may use Connect Java API with a scripting application in order to find a workaround that provides you the result expected.

Wow Wael, thanks for going over the top with this one. I was trying to do it with groovy right now, as you have said it is not supported in your postfunctions.

I will be watching for the update!
