Hello Team,
I have created a filter in Service Desk something like Project = JRT and Service in (ISD-1, ISD-2) where "Service" is an Insight field using the basic filter option. When I change it to Advance it works fine but when I try to change it back to basic filter the Basic filter is greyed out and shows "This query is too complex to display in Simple mode."
Any idea why this could be happening?
Thanks,
@Sal ,
this is might happening because of syntax error.
1. Can you remove the JQL and click on search button.
2. Then check the Basic link is enable or not
I know that will work. But why this is happening with an insight field only? I am able to switch between advance and basic filter when the "Service" field is not in the query but unable to switch when including the "Service" field as per the example in question.

Adding to the above, I believe this is often due to custom fields and using the in condition.
Clearing the field as suggested by @Sachin Dhamale should solve it.
