We are using a custom form on a collector to let user's submit questions, feedback, request a callback, etc. We have text on the form that explains that submitting information implies acceptance of our privacy policy. I would very much like to be able to create a link to the page containing our policy but cannot find any way to do it. Is it possible, and if so, how?
Hi Tom,
The easiest way will be to put the full URL (including the http:// directive) in the message field of the collector. This way, it will be shown as a link. Another way to do it is by editing the issue collector templates. You can find more information on how to do that in the article below:

Hi Muaamar
Thanks for the reply. Putting in the entire URL might work, but let's face it, it's a teriible user experience. And it's dpending on the browser to recognise a URL and treat it as a link, as opposed to an <a> tag that all browsers know what to do with.
As for the method suggesterd in the article, which would be a much better route, unless Atlassian will allow me to change the code on their server I'm not sure how that would work, as we are running Jira Cloud rather than a local server install. Can I actually get to the classes when running in cloud mode?
Kind regards
Tom

Hi Tom,
Sorry for that, didn't see that you are using the cloud version. The message field in the issue collector actually supports the wiki style formatting. Here is an example:
