Can I create postmortem template by myself????

I know that I can edited postmortem once issue was resolved but I don't need to edit template or layout of postmortem every time.

Is it possible to save my edited postmortem as a template or where I should to modify default template for postmortem?

Currently, it's not possible to create or customize postmortems template. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
