Can I log in as a user in jira server?

Hi, as in cloud, I would like to be able to log in as a certain user in jira software / service desk server version, is that even possible or not yet?

Yes, you log in using their credentials.

I suspect what you're asking is if you (as an admin) can swap to another account without using their credentials.  On server there are some apps that allow you to do that, but it is not possible on Cloud.

exactly, I would use it only in cases they have no access or the don't know how to use some features. I will check for plugins.

In Cloud it is possible, you just have to search for the users, open the profile and it will show the possibility (unless they have also changed this in the last ugly version).
