I am transitioning an issue when the issue is commented with a particular word. I need the person who commented to be the the actor of the rule. Is there any way to so this?
Hi Charlene, unfortunately not. A suggestion for this has been raised, but it has not been withheld.

I have the same problem .
After creating the automation, many tasks were assigned to the user who was define as actor in the automation.
I turned off the automation because there is no way around this problem so the automation is useless.
