Can I modify the name from "Raise this request on behalf of" to "Request Originator" ?

How do I change the heading in the Jira service desk portal(Customer portal) of the "Raise this request on behalf of" to custom message header ?

I had a quick look on my instance, and unfortunately I don't think that's a Thing. Unless someone else knows of a place to change that, you may be out of luck
