Can I transition through statuses when someone makes a comment

I'd like to know if its possible in JSD to move a ticket based on comments being made?

Like i'd like to move a ticket when a customer responds to a ticket.

 

Is this possible?

Hello,

You can use the Service Desk automation. Set the comment added trigger and then transition issue action.
