Hi Tuan,
It sounds like Microsoft Teams recognizes that you are already signed into Jira Cloud, which can happen if you've previously signed into Jira on your browser or within the Teams app itself.
1.You can try to open the Jira Cloud app in Teams and then go to the Settings or Personal App section (usually found in the left sidebar).Check if your Jira account is listed there as connected. If you are connected, ensure it's the correct Jira account that you want to use.
2.Even if it says you're already signed in, sometimes refreshing the connection can help.Go to the Jira Cloud app in Teams look for a Sign Out option. If it's available, click it and then try signing in again.Alternatively, you can remove the Jira Cloud app from Teams and add it back to prompt the sign-in process again.
3.Clear Cache and Cookies
4.Reinstall the Jira Cloud App in Teams
Hope this will helps you.

Doesnt seem like Jira is showing up in a "tab" within Teams Channel after being added and authenticated. Is there another step?
