Hi @Duc Thang TRAN ,
Thank for your feedback and i did fix my problem.
So can i ask one more question? If you used to face it, pls show me more.
Recently i create two project, I don't need to connect custom email any more and i use Default email account.
I can send an email and JSM can create ticket via Default email account.

Hello @Trần Tài
I noticed your email address is visible in the log. For privacy and security reasons, I recommend removing or blurring it. We never know who might misuse information online
II don't know how your email handler permissions were configured
If it's public, Jira will create an issue and a new customer account for every email sent to this mailbox. This option is not recommended. So yet, you Can create a ticket on jsm
For the projects I manage, only accounts registered with at least the 'customer' role can send messages to the BAL( mailbox address associated) with each project.
