Can some parts of portal be visible only to selected users

Hi everyone,

I'm making the service desk portal for the company and i want only selected users to be able to see one request because its not for all the users. So like in the picture i would like for admins to see Terminate Employee and for all users to see only first four. Is there any way i can do that?

Hi, I know you can remove the request type from all groups and it will no longer show for anyone in the portal but you can still share the link to the request type to admins. It's a bit of a workaround but at least it will be hidden right?

I don't think its possible to hide request types only for certain customers, but maybe someone else knows a way of doing that.
