Can we Remove/Modify the Popular heading in Jira Service desk portal home page?

I like to modify the popular heading as a "Service desk portals" in jira service desk portal and remove the search bar.

Hi Nani,

you cannot do this w/o an addon / app.

Try Ultimate Theme for JSD, we used it for stuff like this.
