Can we change the server port and connector port during installation

Can we change server port and connector port in jira like changing server port like 8005 to 8006 and connector port like 8080 to 8082

Not during installation, you have to edit the config files after installation.

I want to run two jira instances with same version in single Linux  server so, for that I have keep different connector port and server port for each jira instance or anything else I have to take care
