Can you please disable CAPTCHA for our cloud instance?

Hello,

Can you please disable the CAPTCHA requirement for our Jira Service Desk Cloud Instance? We would like to roll this out across many users in our organization, however if we can't get rid of the captcha it will not be a viable option for us. Many of our customers use VPNs, and that seems to put us in an endless captcha loop. 

Can you please turn this off?

To get Captcha disabled you need to submit a request to Atlassian support through their support portal at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Where you have posted your question is a user community where we users of our own Jira instances help each other solve problems. We don't have access to change your system.
