We are not using Jira Service Desk. Can you please help me with the steps how to cancel Jira Service Desk subscription. We are on Cloud Jira.

In order to cancel your Jira Service Desk subscription, you want to go to the Billing section of your Cloud instance.
i.e. https://YOUR-DOMAIN.atlassian.net/admin/billing/overview
From here, click Manage Subscriptions. On the following page, you can either cancel your subscription entirely, or delete the products you no longer want. Next to each subscription there will be a drop-down menu where you can select Delete.
