A ticket is created displaying the correct image in the client portal, the ticket type is changed but the original icon is still displayed in the client portal.
i.e. I log an incident, the icon for incident ticket is showing, change the ticket to a change - the icon is still for an incident.
The icons in the Portal search results are based on the Request Type, not the Issuetype. If you go edit the issue and change the Request Type, you should see the portal icon change.
