It's been several days that I have a problem.
When I do a search on all the tickets (via the search tab on the top right), a loading of several seconds occurs and then an error message from the browser appears "The connection has been reset".
- The integrity checker does not indicate anything abnormal to me
- In the atlassian logs located in var/atlassian/jira/log/ do not indicate any important error
- Indexing is done regularly
Do you have any idea where I can look?

Thanks for the quick response.
It's the same thing, a time out occurs after 3/5 seconds.
However, when I do a search like this one:
http://support.prooftag.com:8080/browse/CDCT-120?jql=ORDER%20BY%20lastViewed%20DESC
I don't have any problems.

I'm sorry, I think I've figured out what the problem is.
When I make the request from outside I have no problems. It seems to come from our internal network.
