Copy from customer field to comments?

I am trying to copy what goes in custom field X to comments. I've done the reverse with comments to a custom field. What am I missing???

What do you have so far? Can you share a screenshot? And what is not working with it?

I dont have anything :(. 

I did:

When value changes for: "Name of field"

Edit issue:

and wanted to select "copy from" for "comments" but thats not a field in the drop down

Well, that's because there are multiple comments that can be linked to a single issue. It would have to know which comments.
