Hi there,
our developers are working with Jira Software. Now we are setting up Jira Service Desk for our customers to seperate them from Jira Software.
There are still some open issues like general requests in some of the Jira Software projects we want to have in the Service Desk now. Is there a way to copy them with all information, comments and attachments?
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
If Service Desk and Jira Software are situated on the same Jira instance then you can use Clone functionality to clone issues in the Software project and then move the cloned issues to the Service Desk poject.
You can read here about cloning issues
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/cloning-an-issue-720416353.html
You can read here about moving issues.

If your instances are different, then you can use export to csv and import from csv
Hi,
cloning and moving is not working for us.
Where can I export and import csv? I have only found xml, word or printable.
