I would like to create an automation to product discovery so that when the status of a ticket changes in my JSP(Feature request ticket) the changes get reflected on the ticket in product discovery.
Hi @Luisa Morcillo Rehberger -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Rules which access / update issues in other projects need to be multiple-project or global in scope. A single-project scoped rule can only create / clone issues in other projects; it cannot access them otherwise.
Your Jira Site Admin will need to update the scope of your rule, and so I recommend meeting with them to discuss this scenario and possible solutions.
Kind regards,
Bill
Welcome to our Community. Here's a solution for you:
1.Link the two issues between JPD & JSM;
2.Create an automation rule in JSM project
Trigger: Issue Transition
Branch rule / related issues: Linked Issue (e.g. Types: is idea for)
Action: Eidt issue fields or something else in JPD
Hope it helps,

I have no image. Where's the issue according to the log? You could show us your detailed scenario and images so that we can suggest.
