Custom field connected with another custom field

Hello,

How can a 'single select list' field appear with specific values depending on the value of another field? In other words, we would like the list of values of field B to depend on the value selected in field A.

Is there a way to do that without scriptrunner?

The custom field type “Select List (cascading)” is what we need.

Is there a way to have one more level after the level child?

That should be possible, @Aggeliki K , but keep in mind the sanity of your users. 
(you don't want to let them search for the correct list to find an option in another)
